"Angela, I'm truly sorry," Trevor said, bowing deeply. Then, without a word of warning, he spread his arms wide,
leaned back, and let himself fall from the rooftop.
The crowd was stunned into silence, and Natalie, overcby the shock, fainted on the spot.
Angela stood frozen, equally in disbelief. While others might have known about the safety air cushion below, few
would have remained so calm. Trevor's actions were completely irrational, like a madman's reckless stunt.

"What are you talking about?" Natalie snapped, frustration evident in her voice.
Angela wasn't intimidated. Despite Natalie's earlier kindness, her behavior had grown confusing, and Angela saw
no reason to hold back.
Trevor's eyes filled with disappointment as he muttered, "I thought this would be enough to earn your
forgiveness."
"Trevor, ignore her," Natalie said quickly, her tone softening as she took his hand. "You don't need her
forgiveness."
Angela had expected this response.
Natalie turned to the group, her
voice firm. "want to make Trevor an
official part of our family. He's been on his own for too long, and he deserves our protection. Let's
make
it official tomorrow and add him to
our family record."
The room fell silent, everyone shocked by her declaration. Angela, too, was left speechless, finding the
suggestion completely unreasonable.

wraps, but Natalie was
