Chapter 103
Eloise wasn't cool with it, but in the presence of Dominique, she felt awkward to refuse outright.
Landon shot Blake a glance.
Blake immediately grabbed Eloise's hand and exclaimed, "My bro's new ride is a total looker."
How could Eloise possibly say no to such an adorable little girl?
As she got into the car, she turned to Landon and said, "I owe you big tfor tonight."
Landon was fixing his hair in the rear-view mirror. Hearing her, he smirked and teased, "What's this? I'm out of
sight for a few days, and you're acting like a stranger?"
Eloise just smiled and didn't reply.
Landon swallowed hard, took a deep breath, and started the car.
He was unusually quiet during the drive, unlike his usual self.

Eloise thought it was because of her thing with Harvey, so she didn't dare to speak up.
But she didn't know that Landon had orchestrated the whole thing with Max and Orlena. He had painted the
Laurent family in a bad light to Orlena, who was an easy believer. She took the bait and spilled the beans to
Harvey.
And now, here they were. The Laurent family was safe, and Eloise was with Harvey.
Landon wasn't sure if he regretted his actions. But seeing Eloise still stirred feelings in him. He had a thing for
her for a long time. How could he make her uncomfortable?
When they got out of the car, Landon ruffled his little sister's hair and said to Eloise, "I've got a date. You hang
out with Blake for a bit, grab a bite, and I'll swing by to pick her up."
Eloise breathed a sigh of relief. She owed Landon a favor and didn't want things to get awkward.
She took Blake's hand and said, "Alright, I'll take her to get sgrub."
Landon blew them a kiss and winked, "Ms. Laurent, you're looking stunning today!"
Eloise blushed a bit.
As they walked in, Blake whispered, "My brother's got a new squeeze." She
gestured with her hands, implying the girl was quite a looker.
Eloise gently ruffled her fluffy hair, thinking how cute she was.
The theater was packed, with the best seats going for a whopping 15 grand. After hearing the performance,
Eloise thought Griffin was worth every penny.
She was a huge fan of Griffin. She didn't get the chance to speak to him at the last gathering, and this twas
no different.
After the concert, Griffin was immediately swarmed by reporters asking about his upcoming events and personal
life.
When asked about his love life, Griffin happened to spot Eloise in the crowd.
The girl was looking at him with admiration.
Griffin was taken aback.
She reminded him of Louise from his past. Louise used to sit in his shabby rented room, looking at him with the

The reporters noticed his hesitation and turned the camera straight to Eloise, "Mr. Lynch, did your daughter come
all the way from abroad to attend your concert?"
What? Griffin's daughter?
Eloise's face was displayed on the big screen, causing a stir in the crowd. The girl did bear sresemblance to
Griffin, especially in her eyes. Besides, she was sitting in the best seat in the house.
This misunderstanding was totally unexpected.
Griffin, having faced various trials and tribulations in the showbiz, knew that not clarifying the situation could
cause trouble for Eloise.
So, he personally invited Eloise on stage.
Holding the mic, Griffin looked at Eloise gently and affectionately. He then explained, "I do know this young lady.
She's my friend. If | could, | would indeed be proud to call her my daughter."
He was so charming and gentlemanly.
It was hard for Eloise not to be drawn to him. She also felt a sense of regret in her
heart that she might never know who her biological father really was.
