Chapter 15 The Two Brothers Swapped Identities Bronte shot Tiffany a glance and shrugged off her words. Instead, she stared at her for a while, like she was remembering something funny.
"Hey, you divorced Mr. Cooper and jetted off abroad. Why the sudden return? Missing Mr. Cooper and considering a reunion?" Bronte's tone was sarcastic, but there was a flicker of panic in her eyes. She was genuinely worried Tiffany might be considering it. Bronte harbored a secret crush on Leon! During Tiffany and Leon's marriage, Bronte would frequently be around him, insisting they were good friends.
Leon treated her better than he did Tiffany. And because Bronte mimicked Tiffany so well, sometimes even Leon would mix them up.
"So what? If I were considering a reunion, shouldn't you be the one feeling concerned?" Tiffany smirked confidently, making Bronte second-guess if she really wanted Leon back. But Tiffany was just messing with her. "Even if you wanna patch things up, Mr. Cooper ain't gonna take you back. There are plenty of women like you around. Why would he want someone he already kicked to the curb? And I heard you brought back two little brats. Did you hook up with srandom guy abroad after divorcing Mr. Cooper, have kids, and then get dumped again? That's just sad. Those kids must be little bastards everyone looks down on..." Slap! Tiffany's hand connected with Bronte's face.
Tiffany could handle insults about herself, but she wouldn't let anyone talk about Flora and Sam. They were not bastards! "You! How dare you hit me?" Bronte clutched her face, staring at Tiffany in shock and anger.
"So what? You think you're untouchable? Or should I schedule it for later? Bronte, you'd better shut up! I won't let anyone mess withor my kids anymore! You like Leon, that's on you. But if he liked you, you'd already be Mrs. Cooper. Clearly, you're the loser here! Besides, Leon isn't worth a second chance because I don't even care about him!" Before Tiffany could finish her taunting, a cold voice interrupted, "Then I'd like to know, what kind of man am I?" Leon walked over, his face cold, eyes locked on Tiffany.
Tiffany's heart sank. Why did she have to run into Leon now? Talking trash about him was one thing, but if he found out about Sam and Flora... Tiffany's face went pale.
"Mr. Cooper, it seems Miss Grey doesn't think much of you," Bronte chimed in sarcastically, making exaggerated faces at Leon.

Still, to spite Tiffany, he sided with Bronte. "Tiffany, someone like you has no right to judge others! If I had to choose, I'd pick Miss Langley over you, got it?" Leon's words made Bronte ecstatic, thinking he really liked her.
Tiffany just sneered. "Really? Seems Mr. Cooper has unique tastes, but cloned sheep only live a few years. I wonder if Miss Langley will last that long?" Tiffany couldn't care less about Leon's snarky comments, but Bronte's face turned beet red with anger.
"Tiffany! How dare you curse me!" Bronte was fuming, but she had to keep her cool in front of Leon and couldn't really lash out at Tiffany.
"Did I? Did I say that?" Tiffany shrugged and smirked.
Leon wasn't interested in wasting twith Tiffany. He was there for a reason.
Just after Barry left, he got word that the hypnotist he was looking for was nearby. He sent someone to intercept them but ended up running into Tiffany instead. Hearing what she said only made him angrier.
"Mr. Cooper, I think Tiffany did it on purpose..." Bronte kept whining, not noticing Leon's growing impatience.
At that moment, Leon's phone rang. It was his secretary. He quickly answered but didn't get the news he wanted.

Before leaving, Leon shot Tiffany a hard look, then walked away.
Seeing that Leon didn't give Tiffany any good looks, Bronte continued to gloat. "Did you hear that? Mr. Cooper just said he'd chooseover you." Tiffany looked at Bronte's smug face and felt speechless. Bronte was as naive as ever.
Leon had just said something offhand, and Bronte took it seriously.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say," Tiffany replied nonchalantly. But her indifferent attitude only made Bronte more frustrated.
"I think you're just pretending to be calm!" "Sure, sure, you're right," Tiffany responded casually again.
"You!" Bronte clenched her fists in anger. She felt like she was hitting a pillow, completely ineffective.
Tiffany, indifferent to Bronte, checked the time, realizing Sam had been in the bathroom for too long.
She started to worry. With Leon's sudden appearance and his hurried phone call before leaving...

"Barry, how have you been?" Sam asked, hugging him.
Their bond had grown closer and more casual.
Barry felt the sway. "I'm good. Time's tight, let's hurry!" Barry said, taking off his clothes and handing them to Sam. "Let's switch clothes this time, or Dad and Mom might notice something." "Okay." They swapped clothes and identities. Sam went out first, just as Damon was getting anxious and about to go in to find him.
"Barry, are you feeling okay?" Damon asked urgently.
"I... I'm fine. Let's go, Damon," Sam replied.
"Didn't you want to buy something?" Damon was puzzled. Didn't Barry want to chere? Why leave without buying anything? "No, I changed my mind. I don't want it anymore. Let's go back." Sam pushed Damon to leave, and Barry took the opportunity to slip out of the bathroom.
