Chapter 47 Leon Said Flora Was an Illegitimate Child Tiffany's eyes were blank, and Leon's grip on her waist tightened. She slowly snapped back to reality. Was Leon out of his mind? Why wouldn't he let go of her? Panic flashed in Tiffany's eyes. She bit down hard, making Leon wince and pull away from the kiss. Both of them were flushed and breathing heavily. Leon touched his lip where it hurt, his face full of anger.

Tiffany's lips were a bit swollen, and she glared at him. "Leon, if you need to take care of your physical needs, go find someone else. Don't catlike scrazed animal!" She wiped the corners of her mouth with her sleeve as she spoke.

Leon's gaze darkened. He was shocked by what he'd just done. He didn't know why, but seeing Tiffany close to another guy made his chest tight and uncomfortable.

Leon felt like his heart was about to burst. At that moment, all he could think about was keeping Tiffany all to himself and not letting her near any other man! He really was losing it! In a fit of rage, he had one thought: to get back at her! So instinctively, he had kissed her. Now the tension between them was thick, and before Leon could say anything, his phone rang, breaking the awkward silence. Tiffany saw him take it out, and the n"Bronte" was clearly displayed on the screen.

She sneered inwardly. It hadn't been long since she left, and she was already eager to contact Leon? Leon frowned, hesitated for a moment, and then answered Bronte's call. Bronte's voice was soft and delicate, sounding gentle, "Mr. Cooper, I had a minor car accident. Can you cover? I'm really scared..." Tiffany felt a wave of disgust.

"Okay, I'll be right there." Leon hung up the phone, and when he looked at Tiffany, her mouth twisted in a sarcastic smile.

"What are you doing?" Leon asked with a frown.

"Nothing, Mr. Cooper, you should go take care of this 'friend,' or Miss Langley might get jealous." Tiffany mimicked Bronte's delicate tone. "As for what just happened, I'll consider it as a mistake. Mr. Cooper, please don't botheragain in the future!" Before Leon could respond, Tiffany turned and walked away. Leon stared at her back, his fingers touching his lips, and the memory of their kiss flashed through his mind, his expression unreadable.

Not long after, Leon drove to the accident scene. Bronte's eyes lit up instantly when she saw Leon's car.

After Leon parked, he saw Bronte running over, completely unharmed. In the middle of the bridge, there was a wrecked car and an overturned truck, neither belonging to Bronte. The collision had forced the surrounding cars to stop.

"You weren't in the accident?" Leon asked.

"There was an accident ahead. I had never seen such a scene, so I was scared and called you to keepcompany." Bronte lowered her head and spoke softly.

Leon felt a headache coming on and rubbed his temples. "Let's go." Bronte followed Leon into the car. As she fastened her seatbelt, she noticed the wound on Leon's lip. The wound was quite obvious, slightly red and swollen.

She pointed to Leon's lip and asked with concern, "Mr. Cooper, how did you get hurt?" Leon looked out the window awkwardly. "It's nothing, I accidentally bumped into something." As soon as he said that, Tiffany's face popped into his mind. His breath quickened, and he unconsciously licked his lips, as if savoring Tiffany's kiss.

Bronte stared at Leon for a long time, the question she wanted to ask stuck in her throat. The wound clearly wasn't from a bump. Bronte pursed her lips and didn't press further.

Soon, the traffic was cleared, and Leon drove Bronte back.

Days later, with the weather being so nice, Tiffany decided to take the three kids to the amusement park, capturing their happy moments on her phone. Barry had been sneaking out whenever Leon wasn't hand hadn't been caught yet.

When they got tired of playing, Sam ran over and hugged Tiffany's leg. "Mommy, there's cotton candy over there. Can I get sfor Barry and Flora?" Sam pointed to a cotton candy stand nearby, his mouth watering. Barry and Flora nodded eagerly. "Okay, Mommy will wait here." Hearing this, Sam dashed to the stand, and Tiffany started to lead Barry and Flora to a nearby bench to rest. Before they could get there, Barry was suddenly grabbed by a pair of large hands. Tiffany and her daughter were stunned.

Leon stood there, exuding a cold, impenetrable aura, his expression severe, his face shadowed with anger. The intensity of his stare made Barry shift uncomfortably, even though it was directed to Tiffany.

In a frosty tone, he demanded, "Barry, what exactly are you doing here?" Barry was scared, shivering and lowering his head, stammering, "Daddy... I... I was with Mommy..." "Shut up! I told you not to see Tiffany. She doesn't deserve to be your mommy," Leon said angrily. Tiffany frowned, holding Flora's hand, worriedly looking at Barry. "Leon, Barry is just a child, you..." "That's none of your business!" Leon interrupted her coldly, his eyes dark and his face livid. "Tiffany, you don't deserve to be Barry's mother! How dare you bring your illegitimate child to get close to Barry!" Smack! Tiffany's slap echoed loudly, plunging the surroundings into a tense silence. She knew Leon didn't realize how hurtful his words were, and she decided to convey their impact through that sharp.

Flora wanted to call "Daddy," but hearing Leon's words "illegitimate child," her eyes dimmed, her big eyes turning red, and she hid behind Tiffany timidly.

Leon just cto his senses, Tiffany's slap making his cheek numb. "Leon, how could you say that about Flora? Do you know she is your..." Leon sneered, interrupting Tiffany before she could finish. "Daddy," Flora called softly.

Leon's brow furrowed. He heard Flora's words. "Tiffany, please teach your daughter not to call random people 'Daddy.""" "Daddy, Flora is..." Barry tugged at Leon's clothes, trying to speak for Flora, but Leon's gaze stopped him. "Chwith me, Barry." Ignoring Barry's feelings, Leon dragged him out of the amusement park. After they left, Flora started crying loudly, throwing herself into Tiffany's arms. "Mommy, Daddy is really scary. He is so mean, he doesn't want us, right?" Tiffany felt heartbroken hearing Flora's voice, and she hugged Flora tightly. "Flora, don't be afraid, Mommy is here." "Mommy, I don't want Daddy anymore..." Flora cried sadly, tears streaming down her face.

"Mommy, where's Barry? Why is Flora crying?"

Tiffany turned to see Sam holding three cotton candies, looking puzzled. Tiffany took the cotton m candy and placed it in Flora's hand, and she immediately stopped crying and said, "Sam, Daddy is bad."

Tiffany told Sam what had happened.

Sam was so angry that his cheeks puffed up, his face turning red. "How could Daddy say that about Flora? That's too much!" "Alright, Flora, Sam, it's okay. As long as Mommy is with you, we don't need anyone else. Mommy will always protect you." Tiffany comforted the two children, and soon their mood improved.

However, Tiffany hadn't expected Leon to call Flora an illegitimate child. It seemed that stab wasn't enough! But how that he had taken Barry back, what would Leon do to Barry? Tiffany's eyes darkened. She had to get Barry back to her side.
